Everything was perfect. At the reception they made efforts to satisfy all our wishes. Especially Maria Marin who helped us with tickets to the Alhambra. The location is excellent, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommend

A wonderful hotel
A wonderful hotel in the full sense of the word, close to the Alhambra Palace and there is a beautiful walkway from the hotel to the city center. I enjoyed distinguished hospitality from entry to exit. The reception staff’s treatment is wonderful and distinctive. The breakfast is excellent and has all the options. I recommend this hotel.

A great experience in a touristic hotspot
Extremely friendly welcome from front desk, also from restaurant and bar staff, which is especially remarkable since the hotel must see large number of one-time and short stay visitors. Breakfast was outstanding, very nice. The rooms spacious, with Alhambra-style decor. Parking was valet style, the car was brought back at the requested time. Extremely convenient to visit the Alhambra from here, but also the walk into Granada is nice, and even the walk back up the hill after a number of Tapas and wines is not too strenuous…
We had a twin bed room. The beds had a tendency „to wander“ around. Also there was a pull-out sofa, pulled out with the bed made. A bit strange in a room for two people. I would have rather used the sofa.
